Club members can create events on our Facebook Page & Discord at any time (if you need help, just let us know!), and we will gladly post event flyers to the club Instagram page. Events will also be added to the club calendar and website provided we have ample time to update and market said events. PLEASE CONTACT US AT LEAST 6 WEEKS PRIOR TO AN EVENT IDEA YOU WOULD LIKE TO HOST AND/OR PROMOTE! An Instagram flyer in 4:5 aspect ratio is required to promote an event.
